ドラセナの立ち上がった姿、夏はぜの横に伸びる姿、アストランティアの可愛らしい姿が適材適所に配置されていて、それぞれの植物が無理なくいきいきと輝いています。配色も素敵で、とてもお洒落ないけばなになりましたね。

伝統的な生花正風体は1種類か多くても2種類でいけるのが習いとされ、3種類用いることは禁止されていました。しかし、住環境や感覚の変化により3種類でいける生花が生まれました。それがこの三種生けです。生花の型の中で、従来の生花とは違った雰囲気が楽しめます。

The upright shape of the dracaena, the wide-spreading form of Natsuhaze, and the cute look of the astrantia are all placed perfectly in their right spots. Each plant looks natural and full of life. The color balance is also beautiful, making this a very stylish Ikebana.

In traditional Shoka Shōfūtai, it was taught to use only one kind of flower, or at most two. Using three kinds was not allowed. However, as living spaces and people’s sense of beauty changed, a new style using three kinds of flowers was created. This is called Sanshu-ike. Within the Shoka style, it offers a different, fresh feeling compared to the traditional ones.
