Today, I hosted a lovely lady from the UK for a 3-hour private ikebana lesson.

She actually works as a lawyer and also a wedding florist!

Saturday is normally our local students’ practice day
(from 9 AM to 2 PM, teaching Shoka and Rikka one after another),
so I usually keep it closed for tourist bookings.

But she sent me several passionate emails,
and I’m so glad we made it happen!

She came to my class right after experiencing a lesson at the Ikenobo Headquarters,
and she created so many wonderful arrangements in just 3 hours.

We had such a great time together!

When I asked her, “Why did you choose my class after visiting the headquarters?”,
she told me that ChatGPT recommended me! She looked up my website,
read everything carefully, and decided to come.

I really hope to see her again someday! ☺️
